We strive to provide a smooth exchange process for our valued customers. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully.
Customers are requested not to accept the parcel if it appears damaged or the seal is opened.
Articles may be exchanged once within 5 days of the order date, within the same category, subject to stock availability.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with price tags intact.
Exchanges will not be accepted if care instructions have not been followed.
Customized items (color and/or size) and discounted/sale items are not eligible for exchange.
In case of damaged or missing items, please contact us immediately upon receiving the parcel at ----.com. Shipment charges for such exchanges will be covered by us. If our quality control team finds the item used, washed, mishandled, or not in original condition, we reserve the right to decline the exchange.
To request an exchange, please message us on Instagram or email @gmail.com, including clear images showing any damage or fitting issues. Once approved, we will share the return address. After receiving the item, a replacement will be dispatched.
